She does sound like an idiot...but that is a unique approach. I wonder why they just didn't tell her to get off the line and get a life ? I mean, why make a case out of it ?
I've heard of people calling 911 to check football game times. I suppose it's such a drain on resources that they have to respond with something when people tie up the 911 service for doofus reasons.
