Oh, just HUSH!!!

Pat Robertson needs a chill pill:

Pat Robertson Warns Pa. Town of Disaster

An attempt to introduce intelligent design into the Dover, Pa., School System curricula was defeated when school board members who supported the measure were ousted in elections Tuesday.

Usually I'm a little skeptical of news stories that make evangelicals look bad, but Pat Robertson has made so many looney-tune prognostications over the years, I'm betting that this quote is accurate:

"I'd like to say to the good citizens of Dover: If there is a disaster in your area, don't turn to God. You just rejected him from your city."

That'll teach 'em, Pat. You might threaten to yank The 700 Club off the local channels in Dover while you're at it. Oh, wait ... they might like that ...

Somebody explain this to me: Why do people like Robertson want to mandate curricula that is friendly to Christianity while the Southern Baptist Convention simultaneously urges the faithful to remove their children from the public school system? Helloooo ... you can't have it both ways!

In the meanwhile, Pat? Put a sock in it.

This is refreshing

Haven for criminals

Yoo hoo! Calling all criminals!!

If you want some easy pickin's, head on over to San Francisco. Mugging, home invasion, rape and murder ... you won't meet much resistance.

And if San Franscisco is shut down by an earthquake, even better!! Riots and looting for everyone.
